Visioneer released a new mobile duplex color scanner plus docking station developed with dual platform support for Windows and Mac operating systems, called Strobe 500. The Strobe 500 has a 20-page automatic document feeder (ADF) and scans at 15 ppm/30 ipm. When undocked, the scanner can function through USB- or wall-power as a sheetfed scanner.
