Choosing and discovery of subjects in photography is the most adventurous step in getting great images. A fundamental condition is to find spectacular locations in the best time of day. Known landscapes, of the famous nature photographers, which often represents the results of planning, are an eloquent proof. Professionals in the photography proceed as follows: the photographer finds a beautiful scenery, then visit the location in different times of day, different seasons respectively.

Before starting you have to follow some steps:

• notice when and under what conditions of light is the most spectacular scenery.
• which is the atmosphere in different times of the day.
• which is most advantageous angle.

After this exploration, it becomes very easy to achieve a perfect landscape. Planning is the real challenge when shooting in such situations and not photographing itself, technique or settings. Without ensuring this, you will have much less chances to achieve perfect shots.

So is not the same where you go hiking. Find potential locations based on maps and illustrations. To locate the most spectacular landscapes you can drive for hours on the most hidden roads, until you find the perfect location. Another tip for landscape photography: While traveling abroad avoid fixed program organized trip. Because of limited timeyou will have very little chance to shoot, even in the most beautiful island excursions. Better yet, rent a transportation and turn on the exploration. From a financial perspective will be beneficial (for 2-4 persons), and photographic satisfaction offered by independence will justify the effort. If safety or conditions of the country does not allow independent trips, form a larger group and search for a guide. In some areas of Africa and Asia is the perfect solution.
